Construction unit: Heihei County Heating Co.

Project Location: Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province

Planned investment: about 400 million yuan, after the completion of the first phase of the project, it can supply 2.66 million GJ of heat per year, with a heating area of about 6.2 million m2, and after the completion of the second phase of the construction, the annual heating capacity will be about 4.5 million GJ.
